For consumers who live in the European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence; these consumers may also bring proceedings before the competent courts of their own country.

The Agreement enters into force when the Member approves the registration form electronically. The Company may update the Agreement because of changes in legislation, changes to the services or for security reasons; updates enter into force on the date they are announced on the Platform and do not affect orders placed before that date.
