Terms of Use

1. General

The website at the domain knightpin.com (the "Site") is operated by Alpysky Oyun Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. All users who visit the Site or become members (each a "User") are deemed to have read and accepted the terms below.

2. Right to make changes

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the products and services offered, fees and campaigns without prior notice; such changes do not affect orders placed before the change. Changes to these terms of use enter into force on the date they are published on the Site; material changes are also notified to members' registered email addresses.

3. Types of users

• Visitor: A user who browses the Site without registering.
• Member: A user who has created an account and logs in.
• Seller: An approved member who posts listings on the Marketplace.
• Buyer: A member who buys products or services through the Site or the Marketplace.

4. Rules of use

• Users must act in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
• Unlawful, misleading or immoral content may not be saved or shared.
• The Site's design, logo and content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
• Any damage arising from a member sharing their username or password is borne entirely by the user.
• Attacks on the Site's technical infrastructure, the use of automation tools or bots, and the exploitation of security vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited.
• If conduct involving spam, fraud, harassment, insults or discrimination is detected, the account is closed and legal action is taken.

5. Age limit

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of the Site and to make purchases. The membership of users found to be under 18 is terminated.

6. Right of withdrawal for e-pins and digital products

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for e-pin products, digital codes and in-game items or currencies from the moment they are delivered.

7. Personal data

The Company processes its Users' personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). For details, see the "Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)" and "Privacy Policy" pages.

8. Intellectual property rights

The Site's entire design, content, trademarks, icons, software, images and texts are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. No material may be used without the Company's written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

In transactions between Users on the Marketplace, the Company provides a payment guarantee in its capacity as an intermediary; it is not directly liable for the nature of the product, physical delivery or after-sales disputes.

10. Account suspension and termination

If a User acts in breach of these terms, the Company may suspend or terminate the membership without prior notice. Any user balance, open transactions and earnings on the account are then settled.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Turkish law applies to disputes arising from these terms of use. Consumer disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts; other disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Denizli. For consumers who live in the European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.
