Streamer Support (Donation) Terms

1. Nature of Support

Streamer support (donation) is a voluntary transfer made without consideration to content creators who stream on knightpin.com. It is not a purchase of goods or services; no product, service, privilege or gain is promised to the member in return for the support.

2. Payment Method

The support amount is paid only from the member's site balance. If the balance is insufficient, the transaction cannot be carried out. For balance top-up methods and conditions, please see the Payment and Security page.

3. Support Amount Limits

The minimum and maximum support amounts that apply to each streamer are set separately for each streamer and shown on that streamer's page. Amounts outside these limits are not processed.

4. Platform Deduction

A platform deduction at the rate set for the streamer concerned is applied to the amount sent; the remaining amount is transferred to the streamer's account. The deduction rate may vary from streamer to streamer.

5. No Refunds

Support amounts sent are not refunded. Because support is a voluntary transfer made without consideration, it is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Once the transaction is completed, the amount cannot be taken back; it is therefore important that you check the amount and the streamer before sending.

6. Support Messages

• Messages attached to support may be displayed on the streamer's screen and shown on the stream.
• Message length is limited to the character limit set by the streamer.
• Messages containing insults, threats, discrimination, advertising, disclosure of personal data or unlawful content are not published; support is not refunded because of such messages, and measures may be applied to the account.

7. No Commercial Use

The support feature may not be used for money transfers, moving balance, commercial payments or collecting payment for purchases made outside the platform. Transactions found to be used for these purposes may be cancelled, and measures may be applied to the accounts concerned.

8. Streamer's Obligations

The streamer may not make any commitment to the member in return for support, and may not make promises in the nature of games of chance such as gambling, betting or raffles. The conditions for streamer accounts apply together with the Store Opening and Operating Rules.
