Explicit Consent Statement

This Explicit Consent Statement has been prepared by Alpysky Oyun Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. (knightpin.com) pursuant to Articles 5/1 and 6 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in order to obtain your explicit consent for processing activities to be carried out other than on the legal grounds provided for in the law.

1. Subject of the Explicit Consent

You give your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data, as described in detail in the "Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)", for the following purposes:

• Marketing Activities: Sending you information about campaigns, discounts, new products, surveys, prize draws and events.
• Profiling: Offering you personalized product/campaign recommendations using your purchase history, page views and game preferences.
• Use of Analytics Cookies: Use of third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
• Advertising/Targeting Cookies: Displaying personalized advertisements to you on advertising networks outside the Site.
• Google Customer Reviews: Transfer of your order number, e-mail address and delivery date to Google LLC (USA) so that Google can send you a satisfaction survey after your purchase.
• Third-Party Business Partners: Sharing your information with our contracted business partners in certain campaigns.

2. Transfer of Data Abroad

Some of our cloud service providers and analytics tools may be located abroad. Pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK, if the relevant provider is not in a country on the Board's list of countries "providing adequate protection", your explicit consent is required for the transfer of data abroad. By approving this statement, you give your explicit consent to the transfer of your data abroad for the provision of the service.

3. Special Categories of Personal Data

As a rule, knightpin.com does not process special categories of personal data. Masking is applied so that special categories of data that may be required during identity verification (e.g. religion information on the identity card) are not processed.

4. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

You may withdraw the explicit consent you have given at any time, without giving any reason. Methods of withdrawal:

• Turning off the relevant permissions in the Account settings > Permissions section,
• Sending an e-mail to [email protected],
• Filling in the "Data Subject Request Form (KVKK)".

The withdrawal notice is processed within 30 days at the latest; no loss of any right/authority arises with respect to processing carried out before the withdrawal notice.

5. Voluntary Nature of Consent

Giving explicit consent is entirely voluntary. Not giving explicit consent does not, in principle, prevent you from using our services; however, you may not receive personalized campaign notifications and special recommendations.

6. Information

Before giving explicit consent, you are expected to read the "Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)" page and to give your consent on an informed basis.

7. Declaration

I accept and declare that I have read this statement, that I understand its content, that my explicit consent is obtained limited to the scope above, and that I know I may withdraw the consent I have given at any time.
