What you need to know about Valorant
What’s bought and sold for Valorant?
- Accounts. Rank, account level and the skin inventory set the price.
- VP (Valorant Points) and e-pins. To top up your own account; you don’t need to share your account details.
In Valorant, skins are bound to the account and can’t be traded. So if you want a particular skin, you have to buy an account that has it; buying the skin on its own isn’t possible.
Region: the part of an account you can’t take back
A Valorant account is registered to a region. Riot allows region transfers, but a transfer wipes your season progress, match history and purchase history, and you can’t change region again for 90 days after a transfer.
In practice: if you’ll play on the Turkey server, buy a Turkey-region account. Paying for rank and then moving region means throwing away most of what you paid.
