Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form contains the information that must be provided to the BUYER before the contract is concluded, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The BUYER declares that they have read this form and accepted it electronically before confirming the order.

2. Goods and services covered by the contract

The product name, quantity, brand/model, characteristics, sale price, VAT status and delivery method shown to the BUYER in the order summary at the order confirmation step form an integral part of this Form. The game, platform or region in which a digital product can be used (for example, codes that only work on accounts in the Turkey region) is stated on the product page.

3. Total sale price

The price of the product or service, VAT if any, the shipping fee (none for digital delivery) and any other additional fees are shown to the BUYER at the cart step. Bank installment charges and bank commissions on foreign-currency payments are borne by the BUYER.

5. Delivery method and time

After the payment is approved, the product or service is delivered by automatic delivery systems to the BUYER's member panel and/or email address immediately or within 24 hours at the latest. For products that require manual delivery, the delivery time is 48 hours at the latest. For products bought from another Member's listing on the Player Marketplace, the delivery time is the time stated in the listing. For details, see the "Delivery Terms" page.

6. Right of withdrawal and exceptions

Under subparagraphs (ğ) and (h) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (e-pins, game codes, digital content, in-game items). By confirming the order, the BUYER expressly requests that the digital product be delivered immediately, before the withdrawal period ends, and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has started. For services outside these exceptions, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded. 7. Withdrawal notice and refund

For products where the right of withdrawal can be exercised, the refund is made in a manner suitable for the payment method within 14 days after the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER.

8. Complaint and appeal authorities

For disputes arising from the Distance Sales Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER's location have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye. A BUYER who lives in the European Economic Area retains the rights arising from the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of their own country.

9. Confirmation

The BUYER declares that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the related documents, that they know a payment obligation will arise, and that they confirm this by electronic approval.
