Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General principle

As knightpin.com (Alpysky Oyun Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş.), we apply a transparent cancellation and refund policy that puts customer satisfaction first. This page summarizes when an order can be cancelled or refunded.

2. Right of withdrawal for digital products

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 15 (ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly (e-pins, game codes, digital content, in-game items). When confirming the order, the consumer requests immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has started.

3. When an order can be cancelled

• Before delivery: If the order has not yet been prepared or delivered, cancellation can be requested at any time.
• Out of stock: For orders that cannot be delivered because of a stock problem on the supplier side, the system starts a refund automatically.
• Technical error: If a system error results in a wrong or incomplete product being delivered, a refund or replacement is made.
• Force majeure: If supply is interrupted for reasons on the game publisher's side, the order is cancelled.
• Fraudulent or irregular transactions: The Company may cancel orders that have a high risk score or appear suspicious.

4. When no refund is given

• Used e-pins/codes (a code cannot be refunded once it has been used),
• Products delivered incorrectly because the Buyer gave a wrong game ID, server or character name,
• Promotion and featuring services (featured and best-seller boosts),
• Losses arising after an account is stolen or shared with a third party.

5. Refund process

1. The refund request is sent to [email protected] or through the Support Center, stating the order number, account details and the reason for the refund.
2. The request is reviewed within 3 business days at the latest.
3. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest; how long it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank. If a refund to the site balance is chosen, it is processed instantly.
4. Delays caused by the bank or payment provider are outside the Company's responsibility.

6. Refunds by payment method

• Online card payment: The refund is made to the card used for the payment. Once the request is approved, it is sent to the payment institution on the same business day; how long it takes to appear on your card statement depends on your bank.
• Bank transfer / EFT / FAST: Refunds can only be made to a bank account registered in the name of the person who made the payment. No refunds are made to accounts belonging to third parties.
• Refund to site balance: If you choose this option, the amount is credited to your balance instantly and can be used for new purchases.
• Promotional, campaign and gift balances: These amounts can be used for purchases; they cannot be converted into cash or refunded to a bank account.

7. Withdrawals from site balance

Users who have completed identity verification can withdraw their site balance to their own IBAN. A withdrawal takes 1-7 business days; the Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the bank.

8. Marketplace refund policy

• If the goods or service cannot be supplied, the Company refunds the buyer.
• If the seller does not start the transaction within the set delivery time, the order is cancelled automatically.
• If the product delivered differs from the features stated in the listing, the transaction is cancelled at the buyer's request.

9. Disputes

In disputes over refund requests, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above those limits.
