Marketing Communications Consent

This statement governs your consent to the commercial electronic messages to be sent by Alpysky Oyun Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. (knightpin.com) under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

If you do not wish to receive commercial electronic messages, you may refuse communication at any time, free of charge, through the following channels:

• The "Stop communication / Unsubscribe" link included in each message,
• Replying to SMS messages with "RED",
• A written request to [email protected],
• Direct cancellation through the Message Management System (İYS).

The withdrawal of consent is processed within 3 business days at the latest.

4. Communication Channels

Commercial electronic messages to be sent to you may be delivered via SMS, e-mail, automated calls, mobile application push notifications and similar electronic communication channels.

5. Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data processed under this consent are processed within the framework of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and detailed information is provided on the "Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)" and "Explicit Consent Statement" pages.
