In marketplace transactions your payment does not go straight to the seller. It waits in the escrow account until the seller completes delivery and you confirm it. If delivery does not happen, the money stays with you. If a dispute arises, it is handled according to the complaint and dispute resolution process; the rules sellers must follow are set out in the store rules.
How is delivery done?
There are two different ways, and which one applies depends on the product:
