Trade Rules
This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Read the Turkish version
1. Scope
These rules apply to trade transactions of in-game products (items, characters, rings, etc.) carried out between members on knightpin.com. The Platform is not a party to the trade; it provides the service of transmitting the offer, blocking the consideration and supervising the delivery.
2. Offer and Validity Period
- The member sending the offer chooses the period for which the offer will remain valid from 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours.
- The other party may accept or reject the offer before the period expires.
- The member sending the offer may not cancel the offer before the validity period they selected expires. When the period expires, the offer becomes cancellable.
- When an offer made for a listing is accepted, the other pending offers relating to the same products are automatically rejected and the blocked amounts are refunded to their owners.
3. Commission and Additional Offer
- The trade commission is collected from the party sending the offer; no commission is charged to the party receiving the offer.
- The commission is calculated on the basis of the rate or fixed amount announced for the category in which the transaction is made. The current rate applied to you is shown on the screen before you confirm the trade.
- Special commission rates assigned to a seller do not apply to trade transactions; the category rate applies to trades.
- The member may add an additional offer to the trade to cover the difference between the products. In TL trades the additional offer is denominated in TL, and in GB trades in GB.
- In GB trades, the commission is collected not in TL but in in-game GB during delivery.
4. Balance Blocking
When an offer is created, the commission and the additional offer amount, if any, are blocked in the member's balance. The blocked amount cannot be used until the offer is concluded. If the offer is rejected, expires or is cancelled, the block is released and the amount returns to the balance.
5. Identity Verification
In trades involving GB, both the party sending the offer and the party accepting it must have completed identity verification (KYC) and phone verification. Accounts without verification cannot carry out these transactions.
6. Delivery
Trade delivery is carried out manually; since operations run 24/7, the transaction is processed regardless of the time of day. Details are on the Delivery Terms page. The parties are obliged to ensure that the character to which delivery will be made is accessible in the game.
7. Cancellation and Refund
- Completed trade transactions cannot be reversed; delivered in-game products cannot be returned.
- If the other party fails to make the delivery, the transaction is cancelled and the blocked amount is refunded.
- For other cases of cancellation and refund, the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.
8. Prohibited Transactions
- Redirecting to outside the Platform, external payment or any attempt at delivery outside escrow,
- Trading by sharing the account with third parties or by transacting on behalf of someone else,
- Delivering a product different from the one specified in the listing.
In transactions contrary to these rules, the Company reserves the right to cancel the trade and to apply measures to the account.
9. Disputes
For disputes arising from trade transactions, the Complaints and Dispute Resolution process applies. Where no resolution is reached, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
