What you need to know about Game and Anime Figures
Knight Online figures: what’s in the listings?
The Knight Online figures on this page are 3D printed (PLA filament) and fall into three groups:
- Character figures (15 cm). Warrior, assassin, priest, archer and kurian characters from the Karus and Human sides, with sets such as Krowaz, Mythril, Chitin, Holy, Trial, Dragon and Shell and weapons such as DKS, Shard, Raptor and Khanjar. The character is 15 cm tall, not including the stand; your in-game nickname is written on the stand and is included in the price. You send the nickname to the seller by message after you buy.
- Keychains (7 cm). The Chitin Shield, Shard, Raptor, Iron Impact and Mage 70 Quest item keychains are painted with acrylic and varnished, and are shipped packed with their ring. A bulk discount applies from 2 pieces.
- Custom character. In the design your own character listing you choose the race, class, set and weapon; you need to message the seller and get their approval before you buy. The 50 cm Chitin Shield wall decoration is from the same seller.
The preparation time and the time to dispatch are shown on each listing card; for custom-made items this takes longer than for the ready-made keychains.
Ready-made or custom?
This distinction changes both the price and your rights:
- Ready-made (mass-produced) figure. For boxed, original and licensed products, the manufacturer, series and scale (such as 1/7 or 1/8) should be stated in the listing. The bigger the scale, the higher the price.
- Custom-made. Figures made to order are made just for you, so they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The reference image, size and delivery time should be agreed in writing before you order.
Original or replica? Both can be sold, but the listing has to say which clearly. Ask for photos of the box, hologram and manufacturer label; if the price is far below the market, it’s almost always a replica.
Shipping, right of withdrawal and checking your delivery
- Who pays for shipping? It’s stated on the listing page; check before you order.
- Damaged package. If the box is crushed, torn or shows signs of having been opened, have the courier record a damage report on the spot. A damage claim without a report is much harder to pursue.
- Film the unboxing. Opening the package on one continuous video is the strongest evidence you have if the item is incomplete or damaged.
- Right of withdrawal. This is a physical product category, and the 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the moment the item reaches you. Custom-made items are excluded from this right; the full terms are set out in the purchase agreement.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have a figure made of my Knight Online character?
Yes. In the “design your own character” listing you tell the seller the race, class, set and weapon, and you order after the seller approves; your character’s nickname is written on the stand. Since it’s custom-made, it isn’t covered by the right of withdrawal.
Does the figure height include the stand?
No. The 15 cm in the listings is the character’s height; the stand isn’t included in that measurement.
How can I tell if a figure is original?
Ask for clear photos of the box, hologram and manufacturer label; the manufacturer and series name should be stated in the listing. A price far below the market is a sign of a replica.
Can I return a figure I had custom-made?
Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. That’s why you should agree the reference image, size and delivery time before you order.
What does the scale (1/7, 1/8) mean?
It’s the figure’s ratio to real size; the smaller the denominator, the bigger the figure. A 1/7 figure is noticeably bigger and more expensive than a 1/8 one.
What happens if it breaks in shipping?
Check the package in front of the courier and have a damage report recorded if there’s any damage. An unboxing video is the most practical way to show the damage happened in shipping.
