Minecraft: Java Bedrock Edition - Details
What Is Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition?
Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition is a digital edition that adds Minecraft to your account with both the Java and Bedrock versions in a single package. Platform: PC (Windows/Mac/Linux).
Minecraft, developed by Mojang Studios (Microsoft), is the best-selling game in the world. In a block-based world, you build freely, gather resources, survive and play with friends. Java Edition runs on Windows, Mac and Linux; Bedrock Edition runs on Windows, Xbox, mobile and consoles. The editions on this page add the game itself (and, in select collections, extra content) to your account.
What's in This Edition?
This product includes the Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition game itself. With a single code, you get access to both the Java and Bedrock versions on PC and can play all the core game modes (Survival, Creative, etc.).
How to Redeem a Minecraft Code
- Go to minecraft.net/redeem and sign in with the Microsoft account you use for Minecraft.
- Enter the full code (25 characters). The game is added to your account with both the Java and Bedrock versions and is ready to download in the Minecraft Launcher.
If you received a 10-character code (usually the Xbox/Windows Store version), redeem it at xbox.codetocontent.com using the same Microsoft account.
Important: The game is linked to the Microsoft account you choose when redeeming and cannot be moved to another account later, so make sure you are signed in with the right account.
